Registration: In previous correspondence you have indicated that you plan to attend the VNAF reunion at Sheppard AFB on September 26 – 28, 2014. Attached is your registration form to complete and mail to Gary Dehnel (for IPs), Phuong Khong(VNAF's members).

Access to Sheppard AFB: In early September we will give the 88th FTS Commander a list of all attendees. He will ‘officially’ give that list to the Sheppard AFB security folks who will allow all of us on base just by showing our retired military ID or driver’s license – non-US citizen attendees will need their passport.

Hopefully you will be able to attend all of the activities (BBQ, Saturday lunch, & banquet). If you cannot, please contact me to discuss a registration cost adjustment.

Schedule:
• Friday: You may tour the base on your own prior to 5:30 PM barbeque on base(location TBD). Hosted by the 88th FTS’s Squadron Adopter.
• Saturday lunch: Visit 88th FTS for lunch with current IPs and flight line tour.
• Saturday banquet: Wellington Banquet and Conference Center (cash bar)
• Sunday: Travel home.

The $80 Registration fee per person covers the following:
• Friday afternoon BBQ with soda & water (cash bar for beer)
• Saturday lunch at 88th FTS with soda & water (cash bar for beer)
• Saturday evening banquet (cash bar for alcoholic beverages)
• Mug with reunion logo
• Ancillary costs, e.g., name badges, possible ‘special guests’, etc.
