A strategically important “CIP” was as a necessary scam? It cost the lives of two presidents [Kennedy and Diem] and Axiom-1 cost two presidents get out of their offices as well [Nixon and Thieu] But the 35th President may have found the right approach! A Warrior for Peace – President J.F Kennedy is still a man ahead of his time. He recognized the limits of U.S power; he understood that our true power came from our democratic ideals, not our military prowess. Myself, I convinced JFK as a great man could make the New-World in peace order. He was trying to find our way out of the Cold War, but Permanent Government certainly didn’t want to” due to surrounded him by Skull and Bones. In the end, McNamara says today, Kennedy would have withdrawn, realizing “that it was South Vietnam’s war and the people there had to win it…We couldn’t win the war for them.” That’d be a logical truth as Diemist’ doctrines as well.
As result the world survived the most dangerous moment in human history – Cuba crisis nuclear warhead missiles. The Kennedy’s assassination: Was there a conspiracy of silence? A time of misgivings about CIP and what it has come to signify. President Kennedy was “the greatest drawback” obstructive to against such a Permanent Government which was his adversary political opponent, just went ahead regardless contempt for President Diem reaction, so easier overthrown him whenever Permanent Government want to. As I remind above: Harriman in 1917 took advantage of wartime demand, pressured on government contracts to jump into “Shipbuilding” and Now [Vietnam War] in turn to jump into “Airline-building,” but the (criteria) fundamentals of crucial requirement thing for sustained the project, whose were the air- passengers for supporting this new-air transport developed plan? “Launch a new product, needs a new costumer”. A new image is estimated around three million U.S combat-troops become air-passenger in rotation for ‘one year turn’ of CIP’ stratagem, account for a must having a campaign for U.S Big Combat Training practice never had in U.S history, and rotating wing too [helicopter] among them included more than seven thousand Bell-Lycoming Huey-Iroquois considered the “training-aid” for troop air-assault training; and leaving there for the so called political-term: “Vietnamization” and becoming war materiel rubbish dumpster due to lack spare-parts.

After two secret covert operations in mainland China and Vietnam were all-done, the introduced-preparedness for CIP was necessary in keyed-up-time performance-effect [WIB stance] but in contrast, President Kennedy intended to withdraw completely from Vietnam after he was safely re-elected in next year 1964. Have the WIB-Bones surrendered their CIP to the Kennedy Administration? The CIP’ stratagem should be aborted?
- Kennedy assured to the news-reporters that quotes by two ladies historian, Marilyn B Young and Ellen Hammer “We would withdraw the troop, any number of troops, anytime the Government of South Vietnam would suggest it!” Consequently, the storm blew over, the CIP in Vietnam will become more and more difficult to achieve with Kennedy in the seat of power.
- He didn’t want send troops far away from home
- He don’t want to become military involved. He praised the agreement for allowing the
United States to avoid military intervention
- He would withdraw the troops, any number of troops, any time the GVN would suggest it
(President Diem and his brother political adviser, Nhu would like withdraw all U.S. troops as soon as possible)
- And the most important is in October, 1963, Kennedy administrative cut off aid to Diem in a
Direct rebuff…and prepare troop withdrawn.
- Billion to billion C-Ration for US combat-troop were already produced in 1961 and 1962,
(Every can-lid marked month and year for expired date)
- He don’t care about American-First [because for only WIB’ Bones]
- Kennedy told O’Donnell, his White House Aide “So We had better made damned sure that I’m reelected” . His presidency included some of the tensest moments of the Cold-War, but Kennedy was convinced that the true power came from democratic ideals, not military might of republic trend. Could you think The CIP has come undone … aborted?
Consequently, to make two presidents-sacrifices for the CIP [Kennedy and Diem] and two presidents out of their offices for ‘axiom-1’ [the Watergate’s reason Nixon pledges in letters to Thieu]
There came a point at which the war was won. The fighting wasn’t over, but the war was won. The final reasons why it was Kennedy’ assassination and Nixon for Watergate scandal were the very what required dilemma for Skull and Bones deciding to bloody end equation. In addition, the intense competition in the venal journalists, news business meant all media had to cover the CIP stratagem, including cable networks based on ‘Academic Freedom Act’ publications that had not even existed during the Vietnam-War. New-Business became liars who tell them. In South Vietnam, journalists writing unfavorable about how the war effort was going. So the mood at Saigon – a name that was to become part of the everyday American vocabulary – was already bitter. It was soon to get far worse, for there were, I soon learned, Saigon has been two wars, one against the communist Hanoi, and one against the other enemy: the tiny venal American press-corps. Consequently, the storm blew over. But the public squabble was sorry testimony to the deteriorating condition of the U.S-Vietnamese partnership.
In the masterminded Kennedy: “How should America navigate through a world where its enemies seem everywhere and nowhere?” He may have found the right approach? The Kennedy assassination was clearly there a conspiracy of silence from the WIB and Skull and Bones; the Mafia-tool merely a sheer impact-bullet hired by them. Now you and me, we together digging the truth because “truth crushed to earth shall rise again”
(According on line – htt://.www.answers.com/topic/w-averell-harriman; page 5 of 7: Union Banking Corporation (UBC), a company which was closed in 1943 by the U.S government for “Trading with the Enemy” (The Trading with the Enemy Act of December 1941)
Clinging to the past, the triumvirate [LBJ, JFK, and Attorney General Robert Kennedy] had began progressively probing “Red Menace” connected companies and financial investors in Cold-War, was trying to proceed smooth approach, in take time, and put them on justice by the alien property custodian under “the Trading with the Enemy” to charges of criminal conspiracy. In confidence “Don’t try lying to this Triumvirate – has compared lying to “throwing sand in the umpires’ faces; for decades dogging merchant of death, Mafia kingpins and assorted terrorists. The axis of evil’s scam between two counterparts Skull and Bones [Harriman founder] and Soviet Union, in Vietnam War as the engaged by the craps CIP and NLF. The Kennedy’s first target is aiming to “The Bay of Pigs” [George H W Bush, Zapata Offshore drilling company, formed in the 1950s the firm is said to have scouted for the CIA in pre-Bay of Pigs surveillance of Cuba] Kennedy kept a wary eye on the Pentagon, for much of his presidency, especially after the failure of the Bay of Pigs invasion, Kennedy was skeptical of the views of military hard-liners (they’re all Skull and Bones) in Washington. The doomed Bay of Pigs invasion in April 1961 became the Kennedy Administration’s first great trauma which was declassified in 2005 (by Kevin Phillips, “American Dynasty”, page 206)– from the CIA’s internal history of the Bay of Pigs – that agency officials realized their motley crew of invaders had no chance of victory unless they were reinforced by the U.S military. But Allen Dulles and Richard Bissell, the top CIA officials, never disclosed this to J.F.K who was equally outraged at his National Security Advisers [Skull and Bone no 40.] While as a President, he famously took responsibility for the Bay of Pigs debacle in public. Eventually, he fired Dulles, despite his stature as a legendary spymaster, as well as Richard Bissell. After Kennedy appointed General Maxwell Taylor to learn what had gone wrong. The Taylor Commission concluded the Cuba Project had escalated beyond a size manageable by the CIA. It recommended a worldwide review of other CIA enterprise to learn if any had grown beyond intelligence operations and if so, to switch them to military control.
“Nobody is going to force me to do anything I don’t think is in the best interest of the country” the president told to his friends “Do you think I’m going to cause a nuclear exchange – for what? Because I was forced into doing something that I didn’t think was proper and right? Well, if you or anybody else thinks I am, he’s crazy…We all inhabit this small planet. We all breathe the same air. We all cherish our children’s future. And we are all mortal.” Kennedy never again trusted his generals and espionage chief after 1961 fiasco in Cuba, and he became a master at artfully deflecting their militant counsel. Kennedy never thought much of the CIA either (Skull and Bones, the Axis of Evil – While the CIA may have been the creation of a Democrat W A Harriman, [Harry Truman] it now seemed to be strongly favored by Republicans, but notably these sounds were soon drowned out by the deafening roar of 9/11), in part because he and his indispensable brother, Attorney General, became convinced that the agency wasn’t just incompetent but also a rogue operation.
Unfortunately, the sinister warlords in the WIB’ plots to assassinate him in partnership with their tool Mafias – began before the Kennedy Administration and continued after it ended. Robert Kennedy – a legendary crusader against organized crime – thought Robert Kennedy had shut down the murder plots after two CIA officials sheepishly informed him of the agency’s pact with the Mob in May 1962. But there was much that the Kennedy-brothers didn’t know about the agency’s more shadowy operations. Personally I’m assuming that the WIB hired the Mafias, and decided “Let’s murder President Kennedy,” Oswald would be among the last people in the world those organizations would choose for the job. If the Mafias, for instant, alone decided to kill the President of the United States – an act that would result in a retaliation against them of unprecedented proportions if they were discovered to be behind it – wouldn’t they use a very professional, tight-lipped assassin who had a successful track record with them, someone in whom they had the highest confidence? Would they rely on someone like Oswald to commit the biggest murder in American history? Just clinging to the past, Allen Dulles and William Colby were as the legendary spymasters as well as Richard Bissell under the head of OSS, General William J Donovan; the ambiguity that characterized so much of their career surfaced. Some Communists, Leftists of Western Europe countries were murdered via by them, but does not quite say that the CIA may have been involved, It’s must say Mafias did it. Once a former OSS pal recruited William Colby into the fledgling CIA. While serving as simple a foreign-service officer in the Stockholm Embassy, Colby was spending hundreds of millions on political-murdered action to shore up Italy’s Christian Democrats. Now maybe “WIB’ Godfather” reactivated again?
Once John F Kennedy said: “We were trying to find our way out of the Cold War, but Permanent Government certainly didn’t want to” due to surrounded him by Skull and Bones. In the end, McNamara says today, Kennedy would have withdrawn, realizing “that it was South Vietnam’s war and the people there had to win it…We couldn’t win the war for them.” These statements matched with President Diem expectation. However how account for the Permanent Government performed the CIP? But it is also clear that Kennedy preferred to compete ideologically and economically with the communist system than engage with enemy militarily. He was supremely confident that the advantages of the capitalist system would ultimately prevail as long as a nuclear catastrophe could be avoided. Therefore the Cold War would have ended much sooner than it did.

Kennedy never made his Vietnam plans public. And, in true Kennedy fashion, his statements on the Southeast Asian conflict were blurred of ambiguity because surrounded by WIB members bent on war escalation in Pentagon, State Department, NSC, and even his political advisor, Mc George Bundy, Skull and Bones number 40 and his brother in State Department, William P Bundy, Skull and Bones 39; thereby avoiding any problem with the warlords in WIB, hard-liners, as a result, Kennedy operated on “multiple levels of deception” in his Vietnam decision making. In the words of NSC staff on February 11, 1963 M. Forrestal told Kennedy to expect a costly and long war (implied the Vietnam War must last longer for war industries complex developed)
The WIB members manipulated General Edwin Walker who after being forced into retirement by the Kennedy Administration had launched a national crusade against JFK “defeatist” foreign policy. The day of the President’s Dallas motorcade, angry street posters, and an ad in the Dallas were “Morning new accused J.F.K of treason.” But Kennedy was undeterred. This is what he planned to tell his audience at the Dallas Trade Mart that his destiny afternoon. The most effective way to demonstrate America’s strength was not to threaten its enemies. It was to live up to the country’s democratic ideals and “practice what it preaches about equal right and social justice.” It’s seemed to me that Kennedy have faulted U.S intervention in Indochina as evidence of American arrogance of power – attempt by the United States to be the World’s Policeman. But there is another dimension to American arrogance, the international version of her domestic Great Society programs where U.S presumed that they knew what was best for the world in terms of social, political, and economic development and saw it as their duty to force the world into the American mold – to act not so much the World’s Policeman as the World’s Baby-Sister. It is difficult today to recall the depth of their arrogance.
Thereby, immediately after John F. Kennedy’s death, he was wrapped in gauzy myths – at the height of the Cold War, Kennedy found a way to inch back from the nuclear precipice. Under relentless pressures from the WIB members to go to war, he kept the peace. I think he was “a real warrior for peace” John F Kennedy is still a man ahead of his time.
More than four decades after the event, the great majority of Americans believe the murder of President Kennedy wasn’t the work of a lone gunman [Oswald] but the outcome of a wider plot. The assassination: was it a Conspiracy? For the rest of the day and night, Robert Kennedy would wrestle with his howling grief while using whatever power was still left him figure out what really happened in Dallas – uncertain of whether the President’s brother would be the next target? Undeterred R. Kennedy feverishly gathered information. He accompanied his brother’s remains to the autopsy at Bethesda Naval Hospital, where he took steps to take control of medical evidence, including the President’s brain; he constructed the outlines of the crime and would become America’s first J.F.K assassination-conspiracy theorist.
John F Kennedy was scarcely in office before he named his brother Robert Kennedy as U.S attorney general and L.B.J together became a triumvirate-pact; but neither of the brothers succeeded in his own later presidential bid – Robert Kennedy, once again, fell to an assassin’s bullet in 1968 – “Dead men tell no tales” Because: As Robert Kennedy slowly emerged from his torment over Dallas and resumed an active role in public life – running for U.S Senator from New York in 1964 and then President 1968 – he secretly investigated his brother’s assassination. He told confidants that he himself would reopen the investigation into the assassination if he won the presidency, he believing it would take the full powers of the office to do so.
“I think Robert Kennedy have insight about” The underground stream through which so much of the actuality of American power darkly coursed: lest Skull and Bones founder, William A. Harriman, and his deputy Prescott Bush (according on line at pages 4 of 7, Jan, 22, 2006 http://www.answers.com/topic/w-averell-harriman,) and Bones-men in the War Industries Board.” Though after four decades of investigation by thousands of researchers, not one speck of credible evidence has ever surfaced that groups such as CIA, organized crime or the military-industrial complex were behind the assassination, only that they each had a motive. And when there is no evidence or guilt, that fact, by itself, is very strong evidence of innocence. Moreover, the very thought of member of the military industrial complex (WIB members) or the CIA or organized crime actually plotting to murder the President of the U.S is surreal, the type of thing that only belongs. Included by my personal perception I should speculated, there aren’t CIP activated if with the passage of time with Kennedy in his seat of power.

A HYPOTHETICAL QUESTION ON JOHN-F-KENNEDY’ ASSASSINATION
Congress formed a team for investigation and going into conclusion the only Oswald was culprit; but the new investigation team, after two decades, Sir William Tobin head of investigated and examined research bureau of FBI, in studying the bullets by studies-chemical-computerized procedure process. Tobin drawing in conclusion that more than four decades ago, Congress investigated team was completely baffled with certain purpose as to the identity of the assassination case, and now Tobin (FBI) was called in to reinvestigate again. The investigated experts that time were a baffling crime, be too difficult or strange for anyone to understand or solving, explaining. Tobin’s investigators found out being at lest three bullet-fragments were different categories. They come to conclude that having a second suspect engaged this crime, and shot in the same moment in one precise target (Kennedy) in contrary, four decades ago was account for only Oswald alone. In 1976, this case was closed because Oswald was subjected to assassination by a gangster of certain nightclub at Dallas, two days after Kennedy’s assassination. The FBI couldn’t continue for the case because “Dead men tell no tales” likely in South Vietnam: “Captain Nhung who killed President Diem was strangled to dead after couple day later, it doesn’t only Nhung a killer but one more, Major Nghia was engaged in this assassination too. Nghia shot the brothers Diem and Nhu point-blank from the gun turret on M-113, armor-carrier with an automatic weapon while Nhung sprayed them with bullets, then stabbed their bodies repeatedly with his knife.
At 2003, the scene academic institute was resumed the Kennedy’s case by sophisticated method for FBI and coming into agreement that the four decades investigation was a sheer bafflement. Consequently, these academic-institutes in United States continued follow up the new-fresh-research-examinations from concluded evidences of William Tobin that we hope find out the truth.
“In my simple perception because John F Kennedy was a great obstructive against Counter-Insurgency-Plan (CIP) development” while Skull and Bones founder, Harriman’s trustee disciple Forrestal, a Skull and Bones loyalist, had reported to President Kennedy about the Vietnam-War to expect “a costly and long war” (Lest anyone should think my story strange, my book is a load of rubbish, let me assure you that it is all quite true) And below is the nature of Vietnam War: Why the CIP was a crucial necessary deployment for Skull and Bones’ scam? What if President Diem didn’t escaped from, and staying in his presidential palace, I’m sure he could kept his physical in safe protection by CIA, exile abroad, although he was strongly opposed U.S policy, to chose to dramatize his complaint by delaying agreement on the commitment for joint CIP (Counter Insurgency Projects) use Vietnam as a laboratory to develop technique of counter- insurgency …Diem should be safe but, however Kennedy must be killed because he was not policymaker but the Skull and Bones being, though President Kennedy was on the power seat. In my perception, President Kennedy and Diem were two great men foresaw ahead, but intentionally the victims of conflict between acted government and Permanent government.
The day President John F Kennedy was assassinated, the schools, universities sent children home early, without saying why. That was frightening. People turning on the television, they found out that the president of United States had been assassinated. A soldier in my duty-honor-country-bound house, the president of the United States was a large-than-life figure; I couldn’t imagine someone dared killing him. People crying, and wondering why all this was happening, worrying about America safe in security. They were stunned, angry and terribly sad that someone would dare to shoot the leader of the Free-World. They were more conservative than John F Kennedy was and didn’t agree with many of his policies, but he was the president; they had been taught to respect both the office and the individual holding it. Kennedy’s assassination was a confirmation of citizen’s growing concern that their country and its citizens were shedding, like an old dried-out skin, a formerly shared code of conduct and moral authority. This feeling intensified in the tumultuous years of protest and assassinations that followed.
The stratagem “Eurasian Great Game” was the long tragedy reigned by the War Industries Board Bones, but Vietnam War was a short stage-episode in the long play world historical drama of “Eurasian Great Game” tragedy. In that critical turning point, President Diem wouldn’t acceptable on to U.S policy in Indochina – not comply with but against the recent Eisenhower’s policy “security in Asia should come from the Asians.”
Thereby, beginning in August of 1963, U.S Permanent Government variously authorized, sanctioned and encouraged the coup efforts of the Vietnamese generals and offered full support for a successor government. In October, U.S cut off aid to Diem regime in a direct rebuff, giving a green light to the generals. CIA maintained clandestine contact with them throughout the planning and execution of the coup and sought to review their operational plans and proposed new government. Thus, as the nine-year rule of President Diem came to a bloody end, CIA’s complicity in his overthrow heightened their responsibilities and their commitment in an essentially leaderless Vietnam. And of course for the military coup d’état against Diem, the U.S must accept its full share of responsibility. These plots were stemming from WIB and Bones men
The underground streams through which so much of the actuality of Permanent Government power darkly coursed of shadowy operation that was seeking to overthrew Diem.
However, President John F Kennedy was still on Diem side, after the defeat of Bay of Pigs, his proceed-processing to bring these Oilmen to the justice by Trading Enemy Act. Shortly; one month later, May, 1961, Kennedy had sent his vice president, L.B Johnson on an ambassadorial world tour, exuberantly praised Diem as the “Winston Churchill of Asia” which reassured Diem of American support. Below here a message for evidence: President J.F Kennedy supported Diem to the last minute of the coup:
(Mc George Bundy, the White House, on October, 30, 1963, “Top Secret-Eyes-Only for Ambassador Lodge)
“We do not accept as a basis for U.S policy that we have no power to delay or discourage a coup. In our paragraph 12 you say that if you were convinced that the coup was going to fail you would of course do everything you could to stop it. We believe that on this same basis you should take action to persuade coup leaders to stop or delay any operation which, in your best judgment, does not clearly give high prospect of success…(according to the Pentagon Papers, Gravel Edition, Volume 2, pp, 792-793: CAS 79407, 30/Oct/63 – From Bundy to Lodge)
In the Chapter 3, I had justified with some evidences, “welfare imperialism,” in on behalf Harriman was the U.S policymaker, he said “With the passage of time, our objectives (CIP) in Vietnam will become more and more difficult to achieve with Diem in control and JFKennedy on the seat of power as well (President Johnson’s confession in the assassination of Diem could indicate some complicity on Harriman by 4/7 page http://www.answers.com/topic/w-averell-harriman) and we must to move U.S combat forces into South Vietnam and put in a government of our own choosing. Masterminded Harriman put more than hundred strategist, sociologists, ethnologists and psychologists to work ‘modeling’ South Vietnamese society and seeking data sufficient to describe it quantitatively and simulate its behavior on a computer. The struggle for the third world, he said, “might well have to be considered the social scientists war.” But Harriman, to cast himself a blur on his name, tucked away in the blurred “number Three Position” in State Department because he knew how the future disaster shall happened in the ‘Cruel-April’ 1975 (Saigon Fall)
